Dr. Ebhohimen Pascal Ebawumeluhe is a Nigerian scholar and academic trainner who has impacted immensely in lives of Nigerians in the educational and public sector.

A country man Of many parts who holds Bachelor of Education (Science Education), Masters of Education (Educational Management) and Doctor of Philosophy, Ph. D. (Educational Planning) all from the very famous University of Benin, Benin City. He also bagged another Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from the Lagos State university.

The renowned Researcher and Strategy Consultant started his career sojourn with the Faculty Of Education, University Of Benin, Benin where he started turning little shores to big shores. He then went further to be an Executive Director (appointed) at the First African Trust Bank Limited and African Continental Bank Plc. He equally worked with the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) where he served as Deputy Director/Head Of Training; Deputy Director, Research, Policy and International Relations; Deputy Director, Human Resource before he rose to the grade of a substantive Director, Strategy  Development and Director, Claims Resolutions.

Ebawumeluhe, resourceful personality and Boardroom guru, though retired but not tired as he has continued to contribute to societal growth and development to the applauds of all and sundry.

This Fellow and Member of  deep rooted professional bodies both within and outside Nigeria has equally been adorably honored  with avalanches of  academic and community service awards and for his undying passion to humanity.

As a community service developer arid author of no little repute with several papers in the stable or journals across the globe, he has maintained an unbeatable track records and this has made him a sought after personality.

Today, Dr. Pascal sits at the zenitth of Trainfield Associates Limited as the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O), a Management and Training firm geared towards rendering consultancy and training services  to corporate bodies, government at all levels and the general public. He is also the Founder and Chairman, Board Trustees, Trainfield Schools International.

The astute Igueben Son of Edo State and a detribalized Nigerian is a well-travelled gem who has been to several countries and continents across the globe.

Ebhohimen is faithfully married and adored with splendor children and grandchildren.
